Placing an Order

The SANGOTeCH Programme offers donated technology products from Microsoft, Mailshell, Bytes Of Learning, Symantec Desktop and Symantec Enterprise to eligible organisations via the online shop.

If your organisation has been registered, and SANGOTeCH has confirmed that your organisation does meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our donor partners, please see their guidelines before placing an order. You will be able to find out how many products you can order, minimum order quantities etc:

Once you have viewed the guidelines, please log in to the online shop using your organisation's username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the right of the screen.

Once you have logged on the online shop, you can Browse Products, and choose to search by Donor Partner or category of equipment. In each case, you will see a list of available equipment with associated Administration Fees. You can click on an item to see more information.

Once you have decided that you would like to acquire a product, you add it to your cart. You can view the items in your cart at any time. Once you have have finished selecting items, you proceed to the checkout.

At checkout, you will be provided with a summary of your order and confirmation of your delivery address. If you are happy you proceed to payment.

Upon completing the transaction, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. You will need to deposit the outstanding amount onto the SANGOTeCH account (details are on the invoice) with a copy of the Proof of Payment to SANGOTeCH. The order will be processed once payment has been received.

Please note: A single order cannot contain products from more than one Donor Partner, i.e. you will not be permitted to add a product from a Donor Partner to a cart which already contains a product from a different Donor Partner. Separate orders must be placed for each Donor Partner's products.

Please note: It is a requirement of the SANGOTeCH Donation Programme that goods are delivered to the Registered Delivery Address of your organisation.

Once you have submitted your order, you will see an order confirmation page which you will be able to print out. You will also receive two emails:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Invoice

All orders are subject to approval.

You can expect to receive your order as follows:

  • Microsoft - Up to 3 days from date of payment and software will be available on download from Microsoft VLSC.
  • Mailshell - Up to 10 days from date of payment
  • Bytes of Learning - Up to 10 days from date of payment
  • Symantec Desktop - Up to 10 days from date of payment
  • Symantec Enterprise - Up to 21 days from date of payment
