The AIR-CONCAB1200 is a nine-pin female DB-9 to RJ-45 serial cable. It can be used between the RJ-45 serial port on an Aironet 1200 Series access point and the COM port on a computer. This connection is necessary for setting the access point's IP address when there is no Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server in the network or when there is no wired connection between the access point and the LAN.
