The OneNote 2007 note-taking software application can help workers capture, organize, and reuse information across their organization. They can gather and store many types of content, such as typed documents, hand-drawn sketches, and audio clips. All of this content can be custom-indexed — by names, dates, departments, priority, or other criteria. OneNote information can then become the basis of other projects — from reports to speeches — and can easily be shared among team members. The 2007 version adds more than 20 features. Among them are the ability to search for spoken words within audio and video recordings, the ability to create internal and external hyperlinks in notebooks, the ability to create tables, and the ability to print external documents to OneNote. Installing this product requires a license key and installation media. If you don't already have it, please request the free installation media when prompted during checkout.
